The weekend startet with one of my puppies being shown at his first dogshow, only 4 months old.

🏆Ballygran's Ferraro winning best whippet puppy and best in group. Shortlisted in the BIS finale.

I was at the annual national show in Skudeneshavn. Such a lovely show and show ground. Showing whippet puppies, adults and one iw both days.And this was the first show for my puppies.

Then Kjersti Hoff Glitten and Kristin Moldskred Myrene was at an International dogshow in Ransæter, Sweden.

🏆 NO Ch NV-24 Ballygran's Kaitlyn Kaylin best bitch and CACIB, BOB. And new Swedish Champion. Proud owner Kristin and me.

🏆 NO Ch SE Ch DK Ch Ballygran's Keelan Kean, winning best male with CACIB and gaining the last one to make him an International Champion (waiting for confirmation). Proud owner Kjersti Hoff Glitten. Beautifully presented by Kristin Myrene. 

This was such an emotional win since Kjersti's good friend and handler; Andrè past away before he could finish what he and Kjersti had started. Now with the help of Kristin his goal was accomplished. This win is dedicated to him. He will always be in ours hearts❤️.

Thank you everyone in and around the ring for making this weekend so great! Special thanks to Ole and Therese for great company and help! Always great to travel with you two❤️.

The specialty was held in Gol camping, about 5 hours from my home. Going with 5 Irish wolfhounds, 3 whippet puppies and my caravan! I had to use all my packing skills to make room for everyone and everything!!
A lovely weekend with great friends!!! I feel so lucky to have such great people in my life!! We arrived Thursday evening to set up the big camp! And it took hours to finish, but it looked great (in our minds). Had som late dinner inside the tent, and went to bed exhausted!
Friday after a lovely breakfast we were in grooming mode!! And had a lovely barbeque in the evening with great friends!
Saturday was also grooming day, and to hot to do anything else then relax in the shade. And in the evening we had the best pizza evening in the camp!! Everyone had brought lots of delicious fillings, and Gry came with her pizza oven and the best home made pizza dough! And the evening was ended with Kjersti's Italian dessert "tiramisu".

 

Saturday was the day for the show. 36 iw enterd.

🏆NO Ch SE Ch DK Ch Ballygran's Keelan Keen was 5th best champion With CK. Proud owner kjersti Hoff Glitten. Picket out to compete for «Best head and expression».

🏆Ballygran's Lana Liadán EXC and 4th best Junior.She behaved sooo much better than last show and I was so proud of her!! We still have a long way to go, but WOW!! Picked out to compete in «Best head and expression»

🏆 NO Ch NV-24 Ballygran's Kaitlyn Kaylin winning a big champion bitch class, with CK, best bitch and BOS. Also picket out to compete in «Best head and expression» and «Best movement». We sMiriam Vågeneshe BIRemi Andre Rognaldseny showed her in best movement, witch she won for the second time at the specialty, with her beautiful easy and active movement! She was flying together with Kristin. Proud owner is Kristin and me.

 

🏆Ballygran's Keelin Keela EXC, 2nd best in open class with CK and ended up as 4th best bitch. And winning «Best Irish spotting». Proud owner Miriam Vågenes and Remi Andre Rognaldsen.

🏆 NO Ch Ballygran's Iona Inira EXC in champion class. Picked out to compete in «Best head and expression». Winning Best brood bitch.

NKK AND DKK shows!

What a weekend for the Ballygran kennel❤️.

🏆" Konrad" - N UCh SE UCh DK UCh Ballygran's Keelan Kean was at the DKK Fredericia international show and won best male CAC, CACIB and BOS. And are now Danish Champion! Judge: Leif Lehman Jørgensen, Denmark. Sooo proud of him and his team! Owner Kjersti Hoff Glitten and handler André Ullersmo.
I was at the Norwegian Int Kennel Club show in Sandefjord with one whippet and one Irish wolfhound. Accompanied by my great friend and puppy buyer Gry Stenberg. She and Ole Ragnar has taken good care of "Killykeen" for me since November. And he was in excellent condition ❤️. Gry also did all the heavy lifting, grooming and walking this weekend so I could concentrate on try to show the boys myself. I was not a pretty sight 😅, but I am soooo happy I was able to show them again after months with my foot in a cast!! That was a big victory for me !
🏆 "Eben" - Ballygran's Eben running his paws off, won a big intermediate class with CC, and ended up as 2nd best male with CAC, res CACIB. Sooo proud of my little boy❤️. Thank you to sighthound specialist judge Robert Newsham, (of Windspie) for a lovely critique and for loving my boy.
🏆"Killykeen" - N UCh Ballygran's Kieran Ode to Killykeen won champion class and ended up as best male and BOS. So proud of him, even if he did not wanted to cooperate when we were in the ring running for BOB/BOS🙈😅😅.Thank you to sighthound specialist judge Knut Blutecher (showline) for appreciating my boy, and for the lovely critique.

My first whippet litter is 12 years today. Only Ballygran’s Alva is stil alive, and living here with her offspring and grandchildren.
